Meet Josh Little, a skilled Safety and Compliance Manager with 17 years of experience who brings a strong, goal-oriented approach to RH Safety. A U.S. Navy veteran, Josh served as Divisional Training Petty Officer during Operation Enduring Freedom from 2000 to 2004, gaining invaluable experience in leadership and operational training.

 

Throughout his career, Josh has led safety initiatives that have significantly impacted workplace safety culture and compliance. In his previous role, he led a team of operations managers responsible for safety across a fleet of 170 tractors and flatbed trailers, implementing training and DOT safety courses that improved safety culture and reduced the company’s ISS score by 40% in just one year. Josh also maintained a TRIR and DART of 0.0 for five consecutive years through strategic planning, training, and meticulous risk management.

 

Josh pursued Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of South Alabama and completed coursework in Industrial Hygiene Management at Columbia Southern University. His dedication to creating safe work environments through trust-based engagement and practical solutions makes him an invaluable part of the RH Safety team.

 

Outside of work, Josh is a proud father of three—MK, Coy, and Riggs—and enjoys finding balance between his professional and family life.
